Land Lease Approval for Aquaponic Farm in Warm Springs

We're thrilled to share some incredible news that will profoundly impact the people of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. After an extraordinary meeting with the Warm Springs Community Action Team, we are bursting with excitement to announce that the Warm Springs Tribal Council has APPROVED a land lease for Fly Fishing Collaborative (FFC) to build an aquaponic farm!

This monumental achievement means that soon, right in our own backyard, we'll be breaking ground on FFC's FIRST U.S. domestic-based aquaponic farm. By establishing sustainable farming through aquaponics, we are taking a significant step towards a greener, more self-sufficient future.

The aquaponic farm will provide a supply of nutritious fruits, vegetables, and herbs, significantly reduce water usage, and promote eco-friendly practices. Moreover, this project will create employment, educational, and training opportunities in sustainable agriculture, fostering a more resilient and prosperous Warm Springs community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Warm Springs Tribal Council for their unwavering support and the Warm Springs Community Action Team for their invaluable contributions. Together, let's cultivate a brighter, greener future for Warm Springs!

Stay tuned as we embark on this exciting journey. Your continued support and enthusiasm make all of these accomplishments possible.
